Example: Indigopetco's pet hair broom video, keyword “carpet”

How do you export and search the comments of a TikTok video?

Read the video’s comment pages with likes, replies and dates, search them for your keyword in every language, then copy the list as a table or CSV. In Nolyn’s October 21, 2026 run on an @indigopetco video, 16 of 81 comments mentioned the carpet, in English, Spanish, Russian and Arabic, and only 1 asked what the product was.

What you get

Every comment with likes and dates

Up to 100 top-level comments, each with its likes, number of replies and date, sorted by likes, plus the video's views, shares and total comment count.

Keyword matches in any language

Every comment that mentions your keyword, including plurals, misspellings and translations, most-liked first. Without a keyword you get the questions viewers ask.

Themes and a CSV you can keep

The comments grouped into themes with counts and the most-liked example, and the full list as a table and a CSV block to paste into Sheets or Excel.

Example: Indigopetco's pet hair broom video, keyword “carpet”

A real run on October 21, 2026 for the 14-second video @indigopetco posted on July 10, 2026 (caption “I’m now addicted”, #pethairremovalbroom). TikTok showed 10.2M views, 386,500 likes, 40,100 shares and 5,647 comments. Nolyn read the first two comment pages: 81 top-level comments posted between July 11 and September 4, 2026.

The 8 most-liked of the 16 comments that mention the carpet, plus the one that asks for the product’s name, translated into English. Likes and dates as TikTok returned them on October 21, 2026.

The keyword turned up in four languages

16 of the 81 comments mention the carpet: 2 in English, 7 in Spanish, 6 in Russian and 1 in Arabic. A search for the English word alone would have found 2. The most-liked match (7,142 likes) is Russian: “pick a pet that matches the carpet, or the other way round.”

Viewers joked about the pet, not the broom

20 comments joke about the pet: it must be a bear, a sheep or a yeti, or the hair is enough to build another one. That includes the most-liked comment of all (64,813 likes, 85 replies). 6 mention allergies and 10 Russian comments joke that the hair kept the floor warm.

One comment asked what the product is

Only 1 of 81 asks for the product’s name: a Russian viewer with a carpet and 9 cats (9 likes). The caption does not name the product either, so for a seller the useful move is a pinned reply or caption with the product name.

Viewers arrived from another hair-removal video

The third most-liked comment (8,221 likes, 185 replies) says “we all came from that one disappointing hair removal vid”, and 3 more compare the video with an earlier one. Comments kept coming for two months after posting.

Every figure was recomputed from the video and comment responses saved from this run. Matches use carpet, alfombra, ковёр / ковер / ковра and السجادة; themes were counted with fixed keyword rules over the 81 comments. Nolyn's report covered 63 comments because the second page's response was cut off, and it called the most-liked carpet comment the most-liked overall; this page uses all 81 and the real top comment. Quotes are shown without usernames.

Run it for your own product or account

How it works

  1. Read the video

Views, likes, shares, total comments, caption and publish date.

  2. Read the comments

Page by page, up to 100 top-level comments, each with likes, replies and date.

  3. Find the keyword

Every comment that mentions it, including plurals, misspellings and translations, most-liked first.

  4. Group and export

Themes with counts and examples, then the full list as a table and a CSV block.

Who uses a TikTok comment exporter

Sellers and brands

Find the comments that ask what the product is, where to buy it or whether it works on their problem, and answer them with a pinned reply or the next video.

Agencies vetting creators

Read what a creator’s comments actually say before a deal: product questions, or greetings and compliments that say nothing about what is being sold.

Researchers and marketers

Pull a video’s comments into a spreadsheet with likes and dates and count the themes, without copying them one by one.

What it cannot do

Nolyn reads the public comments TikTok returns for a video, most-relevant first: up to 100 top-level comments per run, with the number of replies under each but not the replies themselves. A video with thousands of comments is sampled, not exported in full, and the page says how many were read. Private videos, deleted comments and TikTok Studio data are not available. It reads one video per run; it is not a scraper for whole accounts.

Questions

How do I export TikTok comments?

TikTok has no export button for other people’s videos. Paste the video link into the form above: Nolyn reads up to 100 top-level comments with likes, replies and dates and ends the report with a table and a CSV block you can paste into Google Sheets or Excel.

Is there a free TikTok comment exporter?

Running it needs a free Nolyn account: sign in with Google and you get 100 free credits. The two sample runs on this page cost 45 and 58 credits and took 3 to 4 minutes. This page, the sample and the brief are free to read.

How do I search or find a comment on a TikTok video?

TikTok’s app has no search box inside a video’s comments. Enter the word you are looking for as the keyword: Nolyn lists every comment that mentions it, most-liked first, with likes and dates. In the sample, “carpet” matched 16 of 81 comments.

Does it find comments in other languages?

Yes. Matches include plurals, misspellings and translations. In the sample, 14 of the 16 matches were in Spanish, Russian or Arabic, so a plain text search for “carpet” would have missed most of them.

How many comments can it export?

Up to 100 top-level comments per run, in the order TikTok returns them, with each comment’s reply count. On the sample video TikTok’s first two pages held 81 of 5,647 comments. Run it again with another keyword to search the same video for something else.

Can it tell whether a creator’s comments are real?

It shows you what the comments say, which is often enough. In a second run on October 21, 2026, a TikTok Shop romper video with 8,990 comments returned 98 top-level comments: 34 were “I’m single” style messages, 31 were compliments and none mentioned size, so the comments said little about the product.

Is this a TikTok comment scraper?

No. It reads the public comments of one video you choose, the way a viewer would see them, and analyzes a sample of up to 100. It does not collect user profiles or run across accounts. Usernames are not needed for the analysis.

What is the difference from the TikTok video analyzer?

The video analyzer compares a video’s views and engagement with the account’s other videos and summarizes the comments. The comment exporter is about the comments themselves: a keyword search, themes and the full list as a table and CSV.

Is there a free TikTok comment exporter?

You can start free: new accounts get 100 one-time credits, no card required. One analysis like this uses about 45–58 credits, so the free credits cover about 1–2 runs. Paid plans add monthly credits.

Do I need to sign up?

To run it, yes: sign in with Google. It is free and asks for no card. You can read the example and fill in the form before signing in.
