Upfluence alternatives

Upfluence alternatives in 2026: 9 influencer platforms compared, with prices

· Nolyn research team

Upfluence is an influencer marketing platform for e-commerce brands and agencies, sold in three modules: creator search across a database it puts at 14M+ creators, program management (CRM, affiliate and discount tracking, product shipping, sales analytics) and payments with tax forms. It integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce and Amazon Attribution. Its pricing is quoted per module on a sales call, with a 12-month minimum contract. That contract and the opaque price are the usual reasons people look elsewhere. We checked Upfluence and every alternative below on its own website on 2026-10-22. Prices are in US dollars, before tax.

What is the best alternative to Upfluence?

Upfluence does not publish prices and requires a 12-month contract, so most people want one of two things. Some want a similar all-in-one platform: GRIN publishes prices from $200 a month plus a 10% deposit fee and bills month to month, and Aspire is the closest match for Shopify brands. Others want transparent pricing for search: Modash from $199 a month, Influencity from $198, or Heepsy from free (all checked on 2026-10-22). To find and vet creators for one campaign without a contract, Nolyn charges per task but has no CRM or payments.

How we chose

  • Each option replaces at least one job people buy Upfluence for: finding creators, vetting them, running outreach and a CRM, gifting and affiliate codes, or paying creators. We say which.
  • Prices, free plans, trials, database sizes and platforms come from each vendor's own website on 2026-10-22, with the billing period. Where a vendor does not publish prices, we say so instead of quoting third-party estimates.
  • We did not buy paid plans; descriptions are based on each vendor's public pages, and database sizes are the vendors' own claims.
  • Nolyn is included only for finding and vetting creators. It does not run programs, so it is not ranked against the all-in-one platforms on those jobs.

The Upfluence alternatives, one by one

1. GRIN

Best for: DTC brands that want gifting, affiliate links and creator payments in one self-serve toolPrice: Free ($0 + 20% fee on wallet deposits); Starter $200/mo + 10%; Growth $500/mo + 7%; Scale $1,500/mo + 5% (checked 2026-10-22)

GRIN now publishes its prices. Every plan is month to month, and on top of the subscription GRIN adds a management fee to the money you deposit into its wallet to pay creators: 20% on Free, 10% on Starter, 7% on Growth and 5% on Scale. The fee is not refunded if you withdraw unspent funds, and paid or affiliate campaigns need at least $250 in the wallet. Free gives 2 live campaigns, 10 gifts in total and 1,200 creator searches a month; Starter (30-day free trial) gives unlimited campaigns, 100 gifts and 12,000 searches a month and unlocks exporting lists and emails. All plans include the CRM, its AI agent Gia for outreach drafts, deal records, gifting and affiliate links and codes. Shopify is the only e-commerce integration it names, but it is not required.

Pros

  • Published prices and a real free plan
  • Gifting, affiliate and payments in one place
  • Month-to-month plans

Cons

  • Deposit fees of 5–20% on top of the subscription
  • Free and Starter limit searches and gifts
  • Built around e-commerce programs, less for one-off campaigns

2. Aspire

Best for: Shopify brands running product seeding and affiliate programs at volumePrice: Not published: demo request only (checked 2026-10-22)

Aspire is the closest like-for-like alternative to GRIN and Upfluence: creator discovery with a marketplace where creators apply, a contact CRM, agreements, payments, gifting and seeding, and affiliate links and codes with flat, percentage or tiered commissions. Its Shopify integration is the deepest of the group (recruiting from your customers, fulfilment of gifts, storefronts and bulk promo codes), and it also supports WooCommerce. Aspire says it is trusted by 800+ brands. There is no public pricing page; you get a price after a demo.

Pros

  • Deep Shopify integration for gifting and codes
  • Creators can apply through a marketplace
  • Covers the whole program

Cons

  • No public prices
  • Sales-led onboarding
  • Overkill if you only need to find creators

3. Modash

Best for: small and mid-size teams that mainly need a big searchable creator database with transparent pricingPrice: Essentials from $199/mo, Performance $499/mo, Enterprise from $14,700/yr; 14-day trial without a card (checked 2026-10-22)

Modash starts from discovery: it says it covers 380M+ Instagram, TikTok and YouTube profiles with 1,000+ followers, and its plans are priced by how many profiles you open and emails you unlock (Essentials: 2 seats, 300 opened profiles and 150 email unlocks a month). On top it adds a CRM, an inbox for Gmail or Outlook, content tracking, Shopify gifting on all plans, creator payments and affiliate payouts (affiliate management is on Performance billed yearly and Enterprise). Its pricing page is not fully consistent about monthly versus yearly billing, so check the billing toggle before you buy.

Pros

  • Largest database of the self-serve tools
  • Public prices and a free trial
  • Gifting on every plan

Cons

  • Monthly caps on opened profiles and email unlocks
  • Affiliate management only on higher tiers
  • Pricing page is unclear about billing periods

4. Influencity

Best for: agencies and European brands that want tiered self-serve plansPrice: Discover $198/mo ($158/mo billed yearly); Professional $398/mo; Business $1,398/mo; 7-day trial without a card (checked 2026-10-22)

Influencity combines discovery across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitch with an influencer CRM, campaigns, reports and monitoring. The entry plan (Discover) is search only: 5,000 results a month and 1 user. CRM, bulk outreach and sequences start on Professional (3 users), and Shopify sales tracking, promo codes, content approval and creator payments are on Business. Yearly billing is 20% cheaper.

Pros

  • Public prices, monthly or yearly
  • Twitch coverage
  • Free trial without a card

Cons

  • CRM starts at $398/mo
  • Shopify tracking and payments only on Business
  • Insight tokens limit deep profile reports

5. Heepsy

Best for: small brands and solo marketers on a tight budgetPrice: Free plan (500 results/mo); Starter $89/mo ($69/mo billed yearly); Plus $199/mo; Advanced $299/mo (checked 2026-10-22)

Heepsy is a budget discovery tool covering Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, with a database it puts at 20M+ creators. The free plan has no time limit and includes 500 search results and 10 detailed profiles a month, a basic CRM and Shopify or WooCommerce integration. Starter adds outreach (300 emails a month), a marketplace and click and sales tracking; creator payments, reporting and authenticity filters start on Plus.

Pros

  • Free plan with no time limit
  • Cheapest paid plans here
  • LinkedIn coverage

Cons

  • Smaller database
  • Authenticity checks only from Plus
  • Lighter campaign management than GRIN

6. HypeAuditor

Best for: vetting audience quality and fake followers before you sign a creatorPrice: Not published: demo request; some free media plans and demos (checked 2026-10-22)

HypeAuditor is strongest on vetting. It says it has 227M influencers across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X and Twitch with 35+ search filters, and it scores audiences for fraud and authenticity. It also has a CRM, AI outreach, automated contracts, PayPal payments and reports, but gifting, affiliate links and Shopify are not described on its site. Pricing is only given on a demo.

Pros

  • Audience-quality and fraud checks
  • Covers X and Twitch
  • Campaign tools if you need them

Cons

  • No public prices
  • No gifting or affiliate tracking described
  • Better as a vetting layer than a full program tool

7. CreatorIQ

Best for: global enterprises and agencies that need governance across many brands and marketsPrice: Not published: pricing request form (checked 2026-10-22)

CreatorIQ is the enterprise option. It lets you search what 20M creators post, and it has recruiting, conversion and payment modules plus measurement with hundreds of metrics. It integrates with Shopify, DocuSign, Google Analytics, Tableau and affiliate networks (CJ, Awin, Impact, Rakuten, Partnerize). It covers Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat and Amazon, and says 1,300+ brands and agencies use it.

Pros

  • Built for many brands, regions and teams
  • Affiliate-network integrations
  • Strong measurement

Cons

  • No public prices
  • Enterprise sales cycle
  • Too much for a single DTC brand

8. Shopify Collabs

Best for: Shopify stores starting affiliate seeding at no subscription costPrice: Free to install; a 2.9% processing fee on commission payments, paid by the merchant (checked 2026-10-22)

If you sell on Shopify and mostly use GRIN or Upfluence for gifting and affiliate codes, Collabs covers the basics for free: a creator search, an application page on your store, direct invites, product gifts and samples, affiliate links and codes with adjustable commission, and payouts through your Shopify bill. Two caveats from Shopify's own pages: its help centre says Collabs is not accepting new creator sign-ups at the moment (existing creators, invites and applications still work), and the eligible Shopify plans are listed inconsistently.

Pros

  • No subscription
  • Lives inside your Shopify admin
  • Gifting and affiliate codes built in

Cons

  • Shopify stores only
  • Not accepting new creator sign-ups at the moment
  • Basic search and reporting

9. Nolyn

Best for: finding and vetting creators for one product or campaign, paid per task instead of per yearPrice: Credits per task: an influencer search used about 40 credits in our Oct 21, 2026 runs, a TikTok account analysis 12–22, a YouTube channel search 47; 100 free credits at sign-up; Pro $49/mo for 4,000 credits

Nolyn is not a GRIN or Upfluence replacement for running a program: it has no creator CRM, contracts, gifting, affiliate codes or payments. It covers the step before that. Describe your product and market and influencer search returns a short, explained list of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube creators from public data; the YouTube channel finder ranks channels in a niche by the median views of their last 10 videos rather than by subscribers; and the account analyzers check any creator's recent posts for median views, engagement per post and posting rhythm before you reach out. In our real search on 2026-10-21 for a US houseplant brand, 2 keyword searches returned 40 TikTok accounts, 9 had 10K–100K followers and only 2 were active US creators on topic. Nolyn reads public data only, so it cannot see a creator's audience demographics or private reach.

Pros

  • No contract: pay per search or analysis
  • Every creator comes with the posts behind the pick
  • Analyses any public account before you reach out

Cons

  • No CRM, outreach sequences, gifting, affiliate or payments
  • Short lists, not a searchable database
  • Public metrics only: no audience demographics

What Upfluence costs and includes in 2026

Upfluence's pricing page on 2026-10-22 showed no amounts. It says prices are custom-quoted based on the modules you select, that every plan is a fixed platform fee, that the minimum contract is 12 months with a dedicated account manager, and that a free trial is set up after an initial call. There is no mandatory setup fee.

The three modules stack. Find Creators includes advanced search, brand-safety screening, recruitment pages, lookalikes, mass outreach, templates and Gmail or Outlook integration. Scale Creator Programs (marked recommended) adds Jaice AI campaign creation, the creator marketplace, drip email sequences, e-commerce integrations, the CRM, affiliate and discount tracking, one-click product shipment, the sales dashboard, social listening and a Hootsuite integration. Autopilot adds Upfluence Pay: multi-currency creator payments by card or wire and automatic 1099 and W-9 forms.

Which part of Upfluence are you replacing?

Search and outreach (Upfluence's Find Creators module): Modash, Influencity and Heepsy publish prices and include outreach; HypeAuditor adds fraud checks. Nolyn finds and vets creators per task without a subscription.

Program management and affiliate tracking: GRIN and Aspire are the closest all-in-one platforms. GRIN bills month to month; Aspire is sales-led like Upfluence. CreatorIQ is the enterprise option.

Payments: GRIN pays from a wallet with a deposit fee, Modash and Heepsy's Plus plan include creator payments, and Shopify Collabs pays commissions through your Shopify bill.

Questions

How much does Upfluence cost?

Upfluence does not publish prices. On 2026-10-22 its pricing page said plans are custom-quoted by module (Find Creators, Scale Creator Programs, Autopilot), each is a fixed platform fee, and the minimum contract is 12 months. Third-party price estimates exist, but we do not repeat them because Upfluence does not confirm them.

Does Upfluence have a free trial?

Yes, but only after a call: the pricing page says the free trial is set up after an initial call with its team, and it does not state the trial's length.

Which Upfluence alternatives publish their prices?

GRIN ($0–$1,500 a month plus a 5–20% fee on wallet deposits), Modash (from $199 a month), Influencity (from $198 a month, $158 billed yearly) and Heepsy (free plan, then from $89 a month). Shopify Collabs is free to install. Aspire, HypeAuditor and CreatorIQ quote on a demo.

Upfluence vs GRIN: what is the difference?

Both run full creator programs. Upfluence quotes custom prices with a 12-month minimum, covers Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch and Pinterest, and connects to more e-commerce platforms. GRIN publishes prices, bills month to month and charges a 5–20% fee on wallet deposits.

Is there a free alternative to Upfluence?

Heepsy has a free plan with 500 search results and 10 detailed profiles a month. Shopify Collabs is free for Shopify stores (2.9% fee on commission payouts). GRIN's Free plan costs $0 with a 20% deposit fee. Nolyn gives 100 free credits at sign-up, enough for a couple of creator searches.

Can Nolyn replace Upfluence?

Only for finding and vetting creators. Nolyn returns explained shortlists from public TikTok, Instagram and YouTube data and analyses any creator's recent posts, but it has no CRM, outreach sequences, affiliate tracking or payments.
