Shoplus was a TikTok analytics tool for sellers and creators. A notice on its dashboard says it ceased operations and all related services starting September 18, 2026. This page explains what Shoplus offered, what the notice says about refunds, and which tools cover the same work today.

What Shoplus offered
Shoplus described itself as a TikTok analytics tool to keep track of trends, discover product opportunities and study competitors. Its features covered top-selling, breakout and new products with sales and revenue, influencer rankings, viral videos, shops and trending hashtags, with product sales data it said was updated hourly.
New accounts got a one-day Basic VIP trial. Paid plans had no refunds, but could be cancelled at any time.

Shoplus alternatives
FastMoss is the closest match for daily TikTok Shop research: products, shops, creators with contact details, videos, livestreams and ads, with 90 to 1,200 days of history by plan. $49, $89 or $139 a month, or $558 to $1,084 a year; 7-day trial with no card. Plans are sold per region.
EchoTik is the budget option: a free plan, then $13.9, $29 or $57 a month ($9.9 to $29.1 billed yearly), with all regions included. History is 30 days on Basic and 90 on Pro.
Kalodata offers a 7-day trial and up to 1,000 days of history, but shows its prices only after sign-up.
TikTok's own Creative Center is free for trending hashtags, songs and ads, which covers Shoplus's hashtag and video-trend features.
