Best bulk TikTok views checkers in 2026 (tested): check views of multiple TikTok links at once

· Nolyn research team

What is the best bulk TikTok views checker for a list of video links?

For a one-off list of up to 300 TikTok, Reels and Shorts links with a payout per 1,000 views, Nolyn's views checker (about 1 credit per TikTok link, 100 free credits). For 5 links or fewer, CueScribe is free; for daily re-tracking, ReelsRadar ($39 a month); for thousands of links, an Apify actor (from $0.41 per 1,000 videos). On the same 5 TikTok links on November 3, 2026, Nolyn returned 1,579,035 views, exact to the view; CueScribe and TikTok's own page rounded each video to the nearest hundred (1,579,200 and 1,579,000).

A bulk TikTok views checker takes a list of video links and returns the views (and usually likes, comments, shares and saves) for each one, so you do not have to open 50 videos one by one. Agencies use it to report a campaign, and brands and clipping agencies use it to pay creators per 1,000 views. The tools below differ in how many links one run takes, which platforms they read, whether they re-check the videos every day, what they export, and what they cost. We checked every tool's own website on November 3–4, 2026, ran the same five public TikTok links through the tools we could use free without creating an account, and compared the counts with the numbers in TikTok's own video pages. Where we did not run a tool, we say so and give what its own site states.

How we tested

  • Same task for every tool: five public TikTok videos (four from @owala, one from @yourcoffeedude, 123,760 to 564,061 views), pasted as full links in one list, on November 3, 2026 between 18:05 and 18:23 UTC.
  • Reference count: the playCount in each video's public TikTok page, read at 18:07 UTC. TikTok rounds it to the nearest hundred above 10,000 views, as the app does ("564K").
  • Run hands-on: CueScribe (free, no account) and Nolyn (run 570c764a, the same batch service the views checker uses, live data, 5 data credits). ReelsRadar, Apify, Sourcevine, SocialCrawl, Viralytics and clipledger need an account or a trial sign-up, so their rows come from their own websites and documentation, read on 2026-11-04; we did not buy any plan.
  • We recorded links per run, platforms, export format, price with billing period, free tier, whether views are re-checked automatically, and how close each count was to TikTok's.
  • Nolyn is our product. It is listed first because it is the one built for this exact job (a pasted list and a payout table), and its gaps are listed with the same detail as everyone else's.

The bulk views checkers, tested and compared

1. Nolyn TikTok views checker

Best for
a one-off list of up to 300 TikTok, Reels and Shorts links you need to report or pay from today
Price
About 1 credit per TikTok or YouTube link and 2 per Instagram Reel, plus a few for the written summary. New accounts get 100 credits once (about 90 TikTok links); Plus has 1,500 credits a month

You upload the Excel or CSV you track posts in, or paste the links your creators or clippers sent, and set an optional rate per 1,000 views. Nolyn reads each video's public views, likes, comments, shares and saves, keeps your order, flags repeated and unreadable links, and returns the same table with the stats, engagement rate and payout in new columns, as Excel or CSV. In our test the 5 TikTok links came back in 13.7 seconds for 5 data credits, in the order pasted, with exact counts: 564,061 views for the Owala Pokémon launch where TikTok's page showed 564,000 and CueScribe 564,100. All five together: 1,579,035 views, 102,116 likes, 31,297 shares and 16,054 saves, or $1,579.04 at $1 per 1,000 views. One gap to know: Nolyn does not re-check the videos on a schedule (you upload the sheet again on payout day).

Pros

  • Up to 300 links per run, TikTok + Reels + Shorts in one list
  • Exact counts, in the order you pasted
  • Payout column at your rate and currency
  • Failed and repeated links are not charged

Cons

  • No scheduled daily re-tracking yet
  • CSV only, no .xlsx export
  • Google sign-in needed to run it

2. CueScribe Compare TikToks

Best for
checking 5 TikToks for free in a few seconds
Price
Free for 5 TikToks per comparison; Pro $5 a month or $39 a year compares up to 50

CueScribe's comparer was the fastest free option: we pasted the 5 links without signing in and the table was on screen within our 10-second wait, with views, likes, comments, shares and saves per 1,000 views, engagement, video length and the opening hook, plus a CSV download. The view counts matched TikTok's page format, rounded to the nearest hundred (564,100, 472,600, 146,600, 123,800, 272,100), and the table was sorted by views rather than kept in the order we pasted. It reads TikTok only, so a mixed list with Reels or Shorts needs another tool, and 50 links is the most one Pro comparison takes.

Pros

  • Free for 5 links, no account in our test
  • Per-1,000-view rates and hooks next to the counts
  • Pro is cheap ($5 a month)

Cons

  • TikTok only
  • 5 links free, 50 on Pro
  • Counts rounded to the hundred; table sorted by views, not your order

3. ReelsRadar

Best for
agencies that need the same videos re-checked every day
Price
Starter $39 a month (1,000 tracked videos, refresh every 24 hours); Pro $79 a month (5,000 videos, every 12 hours, 3 seats); Founding Yearly $49 a year for the first 100 customers. 7-day trial, no card

ReelsRadar is a tracker rather than a one-off checker: you paste public TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Facebook links (its homepage shows 50 pasted at once) and it re-fetches the metrics automatically, every 24 hours on Starter and every 12 on Pro, with collections and CSV export. That is the feature Nolyn lacks. We did not run it, because the trial needs a sign-up; the details are from its homepage and pricing page on 2026-11-04. Its pricing page lists CSV export under Pro while the page intro says every plan has it, so check before choosing Starter.

Pros

  • Automatic daily (or 12-hour) re-tracking
  • Four platforms
  • 7-day trial without a card

Cons

  • Subscription from $39 a month
  • Tracked-video caps (1,000 / 5,000)
  • CSV listed only on Pro in the plan list

4. Apify TikTok actors (Video Details, Video Stats)

Best for
thousands of TikTok links, if you are comfortable with a scraping platform
Price
TikTok Video Details: $0.41 per 1,000 videos on the Free and Bronze plans (the Store header says "from $0.80 / 1,000"); TikTok Video Stats: Apify platform usage, about $0.03–0.10 per 1,000 videos. Apify's Free plan includes $5 of usage a month, no card

Apify actors are scrapers you run on Apify's platform. TikTok Video Details takes up to 10,000 URLs per run, fetches about one page a second, does not charge for deleted or private videos and exports JSON, CSV or Excel. TikTok Video Stats bills only platform usage and says 1,000 videos take about 40 minutes; its documentation says views, likes, comments and shares are rounded as TikTok's page shows them. Both are TikTok only and need an Apify account, so we did not run them; there is no payout column, and Reels or Shorts need separate actors.

Pros

  • Cheapest per link at volume
  • Up to 10,000 URLs per run
  • Excel export (Video Details)

Cons

  • Apify account and some setup
  • TikTok only per actor
  • Counts may be rounded; no payout math

5. SocialCrawl API

Best for
developers who want bulk stats inside their own app or sheet
Price
100 free credits, no card; Starter £15 for 2,500 credits, Growth £49 for 20,000, Pro £299 for 150,000. Post stats cost 1 credit per URL on most platforms, 2 on Instagram

SocialCrawl is an API, not a page you paste into. Its batch endpoint /v1/prism/post-stats takes up to 100 mixed-platform post URLs per request and charges only for rows that succeed; its TikTok docs also list a single-video lookup at 1 credit. You need an API key and code (or its MCP server in an AI client), so we did not run it. Prices are in pounds sterling.

Pros

  • 100 URLs per request
  • Failed rows free
  • 100 free credits

Cons

  • Developers only: API key and code
  • No table, export or payout math
  • Priced in GBP

6. Sourcevine

Best for
small batches of Instagram posts and Reels
Price
2 credits per run; 100 free credits once after email verification; packs from $29 for 15,000 credits (one-time, never expire)

Sourcevine's Instagram Post & Reel Stats Checker takes up to 10 links at a time and returns views, likes, comments, author and posted date, with a CSV download; you need a free Sourcevine account but not an Instagram login. Its TikTok tool reads single posts, and its pricing page lists no TikTok bulk tool, so for a TikTok list it is not a fit. We did not create an account, so this is from its own pages.

Pros

  • Cheap per run
  • CSV download
  • No Instagram login

Cons

  • 10 links per batch
  • Instagram only in bulk
  • Account required

7. Viralytics

Best for
brands paying a fixed roster of UGC creators month after month
Price
$40 a month for up to 500 tracked videos, $18 a month per 250 more (up to 3,000); 7 days for $1

Viralytics tracks creators, not lists of links: you add each creator's TikTok, Instagram or YouTube profile and it picks up their new posts with daily syncs, then works out what each creator has earned and is still owed under a flat fee, pay-per-view or base-plus-bonus deal. For Instagram it refreshes each Reel daily for its first 15 days and pays on the day-15 snapshot. It does not say it accepts pasted video links or exports CSV, so for a one-off list of clipper submissions it is the wrong shape. Not tested (paid trial).

Pros

  • Payout ledger per creator
  • Daily syncs, fixed pay snapshot
  • Unlimited seats

Cons

  • Profiles, not pasted links
  • Monthly subscription
  • No export stated

8. clipledger

Best for
running a free clipping campaign where creators submit their own videos
Price
"Completely free" on its homepage (2026-11-04)

clipledger is a campaign portal: you create a campaign, choose payment per 1,000 views or a fixed amount per video, creators submit videos from YouTube, TikTok or Instagram, and view counts update automatically with a manual refresh button. Final amounts export to CSV for paying creators. TikTok requires the creator to connect their account and Instagram a professional account, so it does not check a list of links you already have. Not tested (account).

Pros

  • Free
  • Payout rules per campaign
  • CSV of final amounts

Cons

  • Creators must connect accounts
  • Not a paste-a-list checker
  • Refresh frequency not stated

Test results: the same 5 TikTok links in each tool

The table below is the whole test. The reference column is the playCount in each video's own TikTok page at 18:07 UTC on November 3, 2026; the other two tools ran within the same 20 minutes, so the small differences are rounding, not growth.

Rounding to the nearest hundred moved the five-video total by at most 200 views (0.01%), which is $0.20 at $1 per 1,000 views. It matters more when a clipper sits just under a payout threshold, or when you reconcile your numbers against a creator's screenshot from TikTok Studio, which shows exact counts.

Tested 2026-11-03, 18:05–18:23 UTC. Nolyn run 570c764a (5 data credits). Views; payout at $1 per 1,000 views from Nolyn's exact count.

Why two tools show different view counts for the same TikTok

TikTok publishes a video's views in two forms. The video page on the web and the app show a rounded figure: "564K" on screen and 564,000 in the page's data, rounded to the nearest hundred once a video passes 10,000 views. TikTok's app data and TikTok Studio carry the exact figure, 564,061 for the same video at the same time. A checker that reads the web page will show the rounded number; one that reads the app data shows the exact one. Neither is wrong, but only the exact one will match the screenshot a creator sends you from Studio.

The second reason is timing. Views keep growing, so two checks an hour apart will not match on a video that is still being watched. In our test every tool ran within 20 minutes on videos five to ten weeks old, and the differences were all within 100 views. On a clip posted yesterday, the same 20 minutes can be thousands of views. Record when you collected the numbers (Nolyn writes the time into the report) and pay everyone from the same check.

The third is what a tool counts as a view. Instagram Reels report plays, YouTube Shorts report views, and a few accounts hide like counts entirely. A mixed list should show the platform next to each number, which Nolyn's table does, so a Reel and a TikTok are not compared as if they were measured the same way.

What to check before you pick a bulk views checker

Most people asking for a bulk TikTok views checker have one of two jobs. The first is a report or a payout run: a list of links arrives from creators or clippers (often a Google Form or spreadsheet export), and you need the views for each, once, today. The second is tracking: the same videos need fresh numbers every day for a few weeks. One-off checkers (Nolyn, CueScribe, the Apify actors) are cheaper for the first job; trackers (ReelsRadar, Viralytics, clipledger) are built for the second.

Whichever you choose, check these five things with your own links before you rely on it.

  • Links per run: 5 (CueScribe free) to 300 (Nolyn) to 10,000 (Apify). A 120-link clipper sheet needs a tool that takes it in one go or you will merge files by hand.
  • Platforms in one list: clipping campaigns usually post the same clip to TikTok, Reels and Shorts. Nolyn, ReelsRadar, Viralytics and clipledger cover all three; SocialCrawl's batch endpoint takes mixed-platform URLs; CueScribe and the Apify actors above are TikTok only.
  • Order and duplicates: a payout sheet has to line up with the creator list. Nolyn keeps the pasted order and flags repeats; CueScribe sorted by views in our test.
  • Exact or rounded counts: TikTok's own page rounds to the hundred above 10,000 views. If creators dispute payouts with Studio screenshots, use a tool that returns exact counts.
  • Re-tracking: if you pay on views at day 7 or day 30, either use a tracker or run the list again on that day. Nolyn does not schedule re-checks yet, so keep the list and paste it again on payout day.

Step by step: from a clipper sheet to a payout CSV

This is how the agencies that pay us use the views checker; it takes a few minutes for a list of 100 links.

On payout day, run the same list again: Nolyn checks once per run, it does not track the links between runs.

  • Export the submissions. Copy the link column from your Google Form, Sheet or Discord export. You can paste whole rows: names, dates and old numbers around the links are ignored.
  • Paste into the bulk TikTok views checker. Up to 300 links per run; TikTok short links (vt.tiktok.com, vm.tiktok.com), Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts are all read, and tracking parameters such as ?igsh= or ?si= are removed.
  • Add your rate per 1,000 views, for example $1 or 5000 IDR, and pick the full table or link and views only. The form shows the credit estimate for your list before you run it.
  • Run it. Each link becomes one row in your order, with repeated links flagged and private or deleted videos marked as unread rather than zero.
  • Download the CSV and pay from it, or paste it back next to the creator names in your sheet. The written summary lists the top videos and anything to check before paying, such as a video with far more views than engagement.

Using a bulk checker to pay clippers per 1,000 views

Payout per video is views ÷ 1,000 × your rate. At $1 per 1,000 views our five test videos come to $1,579.04. Nolyn adds that column for you when you enter a rate (in any currency, e.g. 5000 IDR); with CueScribe or Apify you add it in the spreadsheet after export.

Set the rules before the campaign starts: which day's count you pay on, a cap per video, and what happens to links that are private or deleted on payout day. Nolyn marks those rows as unread instead of counting them as zero views. To estimate a budget or a creator's earnings before you have the links, use the TikTok money calculator.

Questions

Paste the links, one per line, into a bulk checker. Nolyn's views checker takes up to 300 TikTok, Reels and Shorts links per run and returns one row per link in your order with views, likes, comments, shares, saves and an optional payout column, as CSV. CueScribe does 5 TikToks free and 50 with Pro.

Yes, with limits. CueScribe compares 5 TikToks per run free (we ran it without an account on 2026-11-03). Nolyn gives new accounts 100 free credits once, about 90 TikTok links. Apify's Free plan includes $5 of usage a month, and SocialCrawl and Sourcevine give 100 free credits.

They read the same public counts. TikTok's own video page rounds views to the nearest hundred above 10,000 (564,000 for a video at 564,061), and CueScribe returned rounded counts too. Nolyn returned exact counts from TikTok's app data in our test. None of them can see private videos or TikTok Studio data such as watch time.

ReelsRadar re-fetches tracked videos every 24 hours on Starter ($39 a month) and every 12 hours on Pro ($79). Viralytics syncs creators' posts daily, and clipledger updates campaign videos automatically. Nolyn and CueScribe check once per run; you run the list again on payout day.

In Nolyn, yes: one list can mix TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts links, and Reels cost 2 credits each. ReelsRadar also covers all three plus Facebook. CueScribe and the Apify actors above are TikTok only, and Sourcevine's bulk tool is Instagram only.

Nolyn, CueScribe, ReelsRadar and Sourcevine export CSV, which Excel and Google Sheets open directly; Nolyn has no .xlsx file yet. Apify's TikTok Video Details actor can export Excel as well as CSV and JSON.
