GRIN alternatives
GRIN alternatives in 2026: 10 influencer platforms compared, with prices
· Nolyn research team
GRIN is a creator management platform built for e-commerce brands: creator search, a CRM with an AI agent called Gia, gifting, affiliate links and codes, and payments from a wallet. It now publishes its prices. The subscription runs from a free plan to $1,500 a month, and GRIN adds a management fee of 5% to 20% on the money you deposit to pay creators. People look for alternatives because of that fee, the search and gift limits on the cheaper plans, or because they only need one part of what GRIN does. We checked GRIN and every alternative below on its own website on 2026-10-22. Prices are in US dollars, before tax.
What is the best alternative to GRIN?
It depends on which part of GRIN you are replacing. For a full creator program with gifting, affiliate and payments, Aspire and Upfluence are the closest matches, but neither publishes prices. Modash (from $199 a month) is the transparent-price choice when search is what you need most. Shopify Collabs is free for Shopify stores, plus a 2.9% fee on commission payouts. GRIN itself now costs $200–$1,500 a month plus a 5–10% fee on wallet deposits (all checked on 2026-10-22). To find and vet creators for one campaign without a contract, Nolyn charges per task but does not run programs.
How we chose
- Each option replaces at least one job people buy GRIN for: finding creators, vetting them, running outreach and a CRM, gifting and affiliate codes, or paying creators. We say which.
- Prices, free plans, trials, database sizes and platforms come from each vendor's own website on 2026-10-22, with the billing period. Where a vendor does not publish prices, we say so instead of quoting third-party estimates.
- We did not buy paid plans; descriptions are based on each vendor's public pages, and database sizes are the vendors' own claims.
- Nolyn is included only for finding and vetting creators. It does not run programs, so it is not ranked against the all-in-one platforms on those jobs.

The GRIN alternatives, one by one
1. Upfluence
Upfluence sells three modules. Find Creators covers search across a database it puts at 14M+ creators, lookalikes, mass outreach and a Gmail or Outlook inbox. Scale Creator Programs adds the CRM, a creator marketplace, drip sequences, affiliate and discount tracking, one-click product shipping, sales analytics, social listening and its Jaice AI campaign builder. Autopilot adds Upfluence Pay with multi-currency payouts and automatic 1099 and W-9 forms. It covers Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch and Pinterest and connects to Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce and Amazon Attribution. Prices are only quoted on a call, and the minimum contract is 12 months.
Pros
- Widest e-commerce integrations here (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, Amazon)
- Payments with tax forms on the top module
- Large creator database
Cons
- No public prices
- 12-month minimum contract
- More platform than a small team needs for a first campaign
2. Aspire
Aspire is the closest like-for-like alternative to GRIN and Upfluence: creator discovery with a marketplace where creators apply, a contact CRM, agreements, payments, gifting and seeding, and affiliate links and codes with flat, percentage or tiered commissions. Its Shopify integration is the deepest of the group (recruiting from your customers, fulfilment of gifts, storefronts and bulk promo codes), and it also supports WooCommerce. Aspire says it is trusted by 800+ brands. There is no public pricing page; you get a price after a demo.
Pros
- Deep Shopify integration for gifting and codes
- Creators can apply through a marketplace
- Covers the whole program
Cons
- No public prices
- Sales-led onboarding
- Overkill if you only need to find creators
3. Modash
Modash starts from discovery: it says it covers 380M+ Instagram, TikTok and YouTube profiles with 1,000+ followers, and its plans are priced by how many profiles you open and emails you unlock (Essentials: 2 seats, 300 opened profiles and 150 email unlocks a month). On top it adds a CRM, an inbox for Gmail or Outlook, content tracking, Shopify gifting on all plans, creator payments and affiliate payouts (affiliate management is on Performance billed yearly and Enterprise). Its pricing page is not fully consistent about monthly versus yearly billing, so check the billing toggle before you buy.
Pros
- Largest database of the self-serve tools
- Public prices and a free trial
- Gifting on every plan
Cons
- Monthly caps on opened profiles and email unlocks
- Affiliate management only on higher tiers
- Pricing page is unclear about billing periods
4. Influencity
Influencity combines discovery across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitch with an influencer CRM, campaigns, reports and monitoring. The entry plan (Discover) is search only: 5,000 results a month and 1 user. CRM, bulk outreach and sequences start on Professional (3 users), and Shopify sales tracking, promo codes, content approval and creator payments are on Business. Yearly billing is 20% cheaper.
Pros
- Public prices, monthly or yearly
- Twitch coverage
- Free trial without a card
Cons
- CRM starts at $398/mo
- Shopify tracking and payments only on Business
- Insight tokens limit deep profile reports
5. Heepsy
Heepsy is a budget discovery tool covering Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, with a database it puts at 20M+ creators. The free plan has no time limit and includes 500 search results and 10 detailed profiles a month, a basic CRM and Shopify or WooCommerce integration. Starter adds outreach (300 emails a month), a marketplace and click and sales tracking; creator payments, reporting and authenticity filters start on Plus.
Pros
- Free plan with no time limit
- Cheapest paid plans here
- LinkedIn coverage
Cons
- Smaller database
- Authenticity checks only from Plus
- Lighter campaign management than GRIN
6. HypeAuditor
HypeAuditor is strongest on vetting. It says it has 227M influencers across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X and Twitch with 35+ search filters, and it scores audiences for fraud and authenticity. It also has a CRM, AI outreach, automated contracts, PayPal payments and reports, but gifting, affiliate links and Shopify are not described on its site. Pricing is only given on a demo.
Pros
- Audience-quality and fraud checks
- Covers X and Twitch
- Campaign tools if you need them
Cons
- No public prices
- No gifting or affiliate tracking described
- Better as a vetting layer than a full program tool
7. CreatorIQ
CreatorIQ is the enterprise option. It lets you search what 20M creators post, and it has recruiting, conversion and payment modules plus measurement with hundreds of metrics. It integrates with Shopify, DocuSign, Google Analytics, Tableau and affiliate networks (CJ, Awin, Impact, Rakuten, Partnerize). It covers Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat and Amazon, and says 1,300+ brands and agencies use it.
Pros
- Built for many brands, regions and teams
- Affiliate-network integrations
- Strong measurement
Cons
- No public prices
- Enterprise sales cycle
- Too much for a single DTC brand
8. Shopify Collabs
If you sell on Shopify and mostly use GRIN or Upfluence for gifting and affiliate codes, Collabs covers the basics for free: a creator search, an application page on your store, direct invites, product gifts and samples, affiliate links and codes with adjustable commission, and payouts through your Shopify bill. Two caveats from Shopify's own pages: its help centre says Collabs is not accepting new creator sign-ups at the moment (existing creators, invites and applications still work), and the eligible Shopify plans are listed inconsistently.
Pros
- No subscription
- Lives inside your Shopify admin
- Gifting and affiliate codes built in
Cons
- Shopify stores only
- Not accepting new creator sign-ups at the moment
- Basic search and reporting
9. TikTok One (formerly TikTok Creator Marketplace)
TikTok's own hub lets brands find vetted creators and production agencies, manage campaigns and see first-party analytics, alongside TikTok's AI ad tools. Creators must opt in: TikTok lists at least 10,000 followers (it may differ by region), age 18+, 1,000 post views and 3 posts in the last 30 days. It covers TikTok only and has no gifting, affiliate or payments layer like GRIN's.
Pros
- First-party TikTok data
- Creators who want brand deals
- Works with TikTok ads
Cons
- TikTok only
- Only creators who opted in (10K+ followers)
- No CRM, gifting or affiliate tracking
10. Nolyn
Nolyn is not a GRIN or Upfluence replacement for running a program: it has no creator CRM, contracts, gifting, affiliate codes or payments. It covers the step before that. Describe your product and market and influencer search returns a short, explained list of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube creators from public data; the YouTube channel finder ranks channels in a niche by the median views of their last 10 videos rather than by subscribers; and the account analyzers check any creator's recent posts for median views, engagement per post and posting rhythm before you reach out. In our real search on 2026-10-21 for a US houseplant brand, 2 keyword searches returned 40 TikTok accounts, 9 had 10K–100K followers and only 2 were active US creators on topic. Nolyn reads public data only, so it cannot see a creator's audience demographics or private reach.
Pros
- No contract: pay per search or analysis
- Every creator comes with the posts behind the pick
- Analyses any public account before you reach out
Cons
- No CRM, outreach sequences, gifting, affiliate or payments
- Short lists, not a searchable database
- Public metrics only: no audience demographics
What GRIN costs in 2026
On 2026-10-22, GRIN's pricing page showed four self-serve plans, all month to month, and Enterprise on an annual agreement. Free is $0 with a 20% management fee on wallet deposits, 2 live campaigns, 10 gifts in total and 1,200 creator searches a month. Starter is $200 a month with a 10% fee, 100 gifts and 12,000 searches a month, plus exports of lists and emails, and a 30-day free trial; billing starts automatically unless you switch plans before day 30. Growth is $500 a month with a 7% fee, multiple brands, 300 gifts and 36,000 searches. Scale is $1,500 a month with a 5% fee, 1,000 gifts and 120,000 searches.
The management fee is the part to model. It is charged on top of each deposit into GRIN's wallet, it is not refunded when you withdraw unspent funds, and paid or affiliate campaigns need at least $250 in the wallet (gifting-only campaigns need no deposit). For example, $10,000 of creator payments a month on Starter costs $200 plus $1,000 in fees. GRIN does not take a cut from creators' earnings, and it says reaching a limit prompts an upgrade, not an overage charge.
| GRIN plan | Price | Fee on deposits | Gifts / creator searches |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 20% | 10 gifts in total / 1,200 a month |
| Starter | $200/mo (30-day trial) | 10% | 100 a month / 12,000 a month |
| Growth | $500/mo | 7% | 300 a month / 36,000 a month |
| Scale | $1,500/mo | 5% | 1,000 a month / 120,000 a month |
