TikTok money calculator: how much TikTok pays per view, and what to pay your clippers
· Nolyn research team
Pick a mode. Creator earnings estimates what the Creator Rewards Program pays for your views, using the RPM range from payouts creators have disclosed, or your own RPM from the program dashboard. Pay per view is for clipping agencies and brand campaigns: enter your rate per 1,000 views (CPM) or per view and the views, and see what you owe. CPM works out the cost per 1,000 views and per view from what you spent. Everything runs in your browser.
How much does TikTok pay per view?
TikTok pays through the Creator Rewards Program: qualified views ÷ 1,000 × RPM. TikTok publishes no RPM; payouts that creators disclosed work out to $0.36 to $1.04 per 1,000 qualified views, about $0.80 on average. That is roughly $0.0008 per view, so 100,000 qualified views pay $36 to $104 and 1 million pay $360 to $1,040. Counted on total views it is lower: $0.15 to $0.85 per 1,000. Only eligible accounts and videos over one minute earn (rules checked November 2, 2026).

An estimate of the Standard Reward only. TikTok publishes no RPM: the range comes from payouts creators disclosed, mostly from the US. RPM changes with watch time, search traffic, engagement, ad value and where you and your viewers are, so Brazil or Mexico may pay less. The Additional Reward, LIVE Gifts, brand deals and TikTok Shop commissions are not included.
Paying several clippers? Get the views and payout for every link
Paste the TikTok, Reels or Shorts links your clippers sent and your rate per 1,000 views. Nolyn reads each video's public views and returns one table with the payout per video, as CSV. This step reads live data, so it needs a free account: new accounts get 100 credits, about 1 per TikTok link.
Find out why a video got its views
Views drive both Creator Rewards and clipper payouts. The Nolyn TikTok video analyzer compares a video with the account's usual views and explains the hook, format, length and sound. Needs sign-in; new accounts get 100 credits.
How much TikTok pays per 1,000 views
TikTok pays creators in the Creator Rewards Program a Standard Reward of qualified views × RPM ÷ 1,000, plus an Additional Reward for well-crafted, engaging and specialized videos. A qualified view is a unique view from the For You feed watched for more than 5 seconds; paid, promoted, fraudulent and "not interested" views do not count. TikTok does not publish RPM for any country.
The range below comes from payouts that named creators disclosed, compiled by Uppbeat in September 2026. It is a small sample, mostly from the US, so treat it as an order of magnitude. Your own RPM is on the Creator Rewards dashboard.

Who TikTok pays: Creator Rewards Program requirements
Only accounts in the program earn from views. TikTok lists the program for creators based in Brazil, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, the UK and the US. Rewards are paid on the 15th of the following month once the balance reaches $10.
Only videos posted after you join count, and each starts earning after 1,000 qualified For You views. Ads, paid promotions, sponsored videos and TikTok One videos earn nothing from the program, and so do Duets, Stitches and reposted clips.
| Requirement | Official rule |
|---|---|
| Age | 18 or older (19 in South Korea) |
| Account | Personal account in good standing; not business, political or government |
| Followers | At least 10,000 |
| Views | At least 100,000 in the last 30 days |
| Videos | Original, at least one minute long |
| Minimum payout | $10, paid on the 15th |

Pay per view: how to calculate what you owe clippers and creators
Clipping agencies and brand campaigns pay a fixed rate per 1,000 views (CPM) or per view, not TikTok's RPM. The payout is views ÷ 1,000 × rate, or views × rate per view. A rate of $1 per 1,000 views is $0.001 per view: a clip with 250,000 views is owed $250.
To pay many clippers, the slow part is reading every link's views. The bulk TikTok views checker takes the whole list of TikTok, Reels and Shorts links and returns views and payout per video in one table.
| Rate per 1,000 views | Per view | Owed for 250,000 views | Views $1,000 pays for |
|---|---|---|---|
| $0.50 | $0.0005 | $125 | 2,000,000 |
| $1 | $0.001 | $250 | 1,000,000 |
| $2 | $0.002 | $500 | 500,000 |
| $3 | $0.003 | $750 | 333,333 |
Example rates for the arithmetic only; campaign rates are set by each agency or brand.
CPM and cost per view calculator
CPM is what you spent ÷ views × 1,000; cost per view is what you spent ÷ views. If a campaign cost $500 and got 100,000 views, the CPM is $5 and the cost per view is $0.005. Use the CPM mode above to work it out in any currency.
Other ways TikTok creators earn
LIVE Gifts need you to be 18 to receive them, and going LIVE needs 1,000 followers (it can vary by region). Brand deals, through TikTok One or directly, are negotiated and don't earn Creator Rewards. TikTok Shop affiliates earn a commission on each sale. None of these has a public per-view rate, so the calculator leaves them out.
For a brand deal, what buyers look at is the views your recent videos get, not followers. The TikTok video analyzer shows how a video did against the account's usual views and why.
How to calculate TikTok earnings
Get the views
In the program, open TikTok Studio → Creator Rewards Program for qualified views. Otherwise use total views from the video or TikTok Studio analytics.
Pick the RPM
Use your RPM from the dashboard. Without one, use $0.36 to $1.04 per 1,000 qualified views, or $0.15 to $0.85 per 1,000 total views.
Multiply
Divide the views by 1,000 and multiply by the RPM. 250,000 qualified views at $0.80 is 250 × $0.80 = $200.
Check the $10 minimum
TikTok pays on the 15th of the next month only if the balance reaches $10. At $0.80 that is 12,500 qualified views.
Questions
How much does TikTok pay for 1 million views?
About $360 to $1,040 for 1 million qualified views, at the $0.36 to $1.04 RPM creators have reported, and about $800 at the $0.80 average. On 1 million total views it is about $150 to $850, because many views don't qualify.
How much does TikTok pay per 1,000 views?
TikTok publishes no rate. Disclosed payouts work out to $0.36 to $1.04 per 1,000 qualified views. Your real RPM depends on watch time, search traffic, engagement, ad value and where your viewers are.
How much does TikTok pay for 100K views?
About $36 to $104 for 100,000 qualified views, or $80 at the average RPM of $0.80, through the Creator Rewards Program. Videos under one minute earn nothing from the program.
How many views do you need to get paid on TikTok?
To join the Creator Rewards Program you need 10,000 followers and 100,000 views in the last 30 days. Each video then needs 1,000 qualified For You views to start earning, and TikTok pays once your balance reaches $10.
How do I calculate what to pay clippers?
Multiply each clip's views by your rate: views ÷ 1,000 × rate per 1,000 views. At $1 per 1,000 views, a clip with 250,000 views is owed $250. For a list of links, the bulk views checker reads every video's views and adds the payout column.
How do I calculate CPM and cost per view?
CPM = cost ÷ views × 1,000, cost per view = cost ÷ views. $500 for 100,000 views is a $5 CPM and $0.005 per view.
Does TikTok pay in Indonesia?
Not through the Creator Rewards Program: TikTok lists it for Brazil, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, the UK and the US (checked November 2, 2026). Creators elsewhere earn from LIVE Gifts, brand deals and TikTok Shop affiliate commissions.
