Competitor price monitoring

Competitor price monitoring: today's Amazon prices, deals and coupons in one table

Price
Free plan: 100 credits, no card. One analysis uses about 43 credits.
What you get
One table of the top 8 competitors sorted by price: current price, list price, deal or coupon, price per unit, star rating, ratings count and Amazon's “bought in past month” label; the price band (lowest, median, highest), which listings are discounted and by how much, and a pricing suggestion tied to the table.
Coverage
Amazon US, UK, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Japan, Mexico and Brazil. Each run is a snapshot of today's prices: there is no price history, and sales are only Amazon's own labels.
Time to report
Usually 4–5 minutes.
Account
Sign-in with Google required to run it. You can read the example and fill in the form without an account.

Enter your ASIN or a keyword. Nolyn searches the marketplace, takes the top 8 competing products and reads each listing: current price, list price, limited-time deals, coupons, price per unit, rating, ratings count and Amazon's “bought in past month” label. You get one comparison table, the price band and a pricing suggestion. Ask Nolyn to repeat the check every week and it becomes a weekly scheduled task.

Example: creatine gummies on Amazon.com
Check competitor prices

An ASIN compares your product with the competitors in its search. A keyword compares the top products for that search.

How do you monitor competitor prices on Amazon?

Take the top competing listings for your keyword and compare current price, list price, deals, coupons and price per unit, then repeat on a schedule. In Nolyn's October 19, 2026 run for “creatine gummies” on amazon.com, prices ranged from $8.54 to $49.98 with a median of $22.99, and 3 of the 8 listings were on a limited-time deal 10–18% below list. Ask Nolyn to repeat it weekly to catch the next change.

What you get

One price table

Current price, list price, deal or coupon, price per unit, rating, ratings count and “bought in past month” for the top 8 competitors, sorted by price, with links to each listing.

Who is discounting

Which listings run a limited-time deal or a coupon and how deep, so you can tell a real price level from a temporary one.

A pricing suggestion

Where the price band is crowded, where a listing at the median would sit and a suggested price, each point tied to a figure in the table.

Example: creatine gummies on Amazon.com

A real run on October 19, 2026: “creatine gummies” on amazon.com returned 1,816 results. Nolyn read the product details of the top 8 gummy listings and compared their prices, deals and coupons.

Sorted by current price. List price, deals, coupons, price per gummy, rating, ratings and “bought in past month” are from each product's details on October 19, 2026; “—” means Amazon showed no list price or no offer. Coupons apply only with Subscribe & Save.

Half the search sits within 90 cents of $22.99

The price band runs from $8.54 to $49.98, but four of the eight listings cost $22.09–$22.99 and the median is $22.99. A new 120-count listing priced there competes head-on with three products that already show 6K+ to 9K+ bought in past month.

The premium brand charges three times per gummy and still sells

Create's 90-count gummies cost $49.98, or $0.56 a gummy, against $0.18–$0.19 for the 120-count value listings. All three Create flavors show 10K+ bought in past month and the highest ratings counts in the table (1,328–1,830), so the top of the band is not empty.

Three of eight run a limited-time deal

KAIYOY is 18% under its $26.99 list price, LanranBee 15% under $26.99 and Allcoovita 10% under $9.49. The value tier's real list price is $26.99; the $22 level is a deal price that can end.

The cheapest listing is not the best seller

Allcoovita at $8.54 ($0.07 a gummy) has the lowest rating in the table, 4.2 stars, and a 2K+ label, the smallest of the labeled listings. The run's suggestion: list a 120-count at $26.99 with a deal that lands near $22–23 and a Subscribe & Save option, instead of racing to the bottom.

Every figure on this page was checked against the search and product-detail responses saved from this run. It is one day's snapshot, not a price history. Amazon's “bought in past month” labels changed between the search and the product pages a few seconds later (the Create Watermelon showed 20K+ in search and 10K+ on its page); the table uses the product pages. The three Create flavors share one Best Sellers Rank (#5 in Creatine Nutritional Supplements), so they are variants of the same product.

How it works

  1. Find the competitors

Search the marketplace for your keyword, or for your ASIN's product type, and keep the top 8 competing products of the same type.

  2. Read each listing's price

Current price, list price, limited-time deals, coupons and price per unit, plus rating, ratings count and the “bought in past month” label.

  3. Compare

One table sorted by price, the price band, who is discounting and by how much, and where the median sits.

  4. Repeat every week

Ask Nolyn to run the check every week: it creates a weekly scheduled task with the same brief, so you see when a competitor changes price or starts a deal.

Who uses competitor price monitoring

Amazon sellers repricing a listing

See the price band, who is discounting and the per-unit price of each competitor before you change your price or start a deal.

Brands watching resellers and copycats

Run your ASIN weekly to see when a competitor undercuts you or starts a coupon, without checking every listing by hand.

Retail and pricing analysts

Get a dated, linked table of competitor prices for a category review, with deals and coupons separated from list prices.

What it cannot do

Each run is a snapshot of the prices Amazon shows at that moment. Nolyn has no price history, so it cannot chart past prices or tell you when a deal started; a weekly scheduled task builds your own record from now on. Prices can differ by location, Prime status and variant, and coupons often apply only with Subscribe & Save. Sales are only Amazon's “bought in past month” labels; there are no unit or revenue estimates.

Questions

What is competitor price monitoring?

It is checking what your competitors charge, including list prices, deals and coupons, on a regular schedule so you can react to changes. Nolyn reads the live Amazon listings for one ASIN or keyword and puts the prices in one table; scheduling the run weekly turns it into ongoing monitoring.

Can it monitor prices automatically every week?

Yes. In the same conversation, ask Nolyn to run this check every week and it creates a weekly scheduled task with the same brief. Each run reads the listings again and uses credits like a manual run, and the results stay in the task's run history so you can compare weeks.

Does it show price history?

No. Nolyn reads today's prices only and does not have past prices. If you need history from today on, run it as a weekly scheduled task; tools such as Keepa track historical Amazon prices.

How do I do a competitor price analysis?

List the top competing products for your search, compare current price, list price, deals, coupons and price per unit, then look at where the prices cluster, who is discounting and how the best sellers are priced. Price per unit matters most when pack sizes differ, as in the creatine gummies example.

Can I start from my own ASIN?

Yes. Enter the ASIN or paste the product link. Nolyn reads your listing, searches its product type and compares your price with the competitors in the same table.

Does it include coupons and Subscribe & Save prices?

Yes, where Amazon shows them on the product page: limited-time deals, coupon percentages and the Subscribe & Save price. It says when a coupon only applies with Subscribe & Save.

Which marketplaces are supported?

amazon.com, .co.uk, .ca, .de, .fr, .es, .it, .co.jp, .com.mx and .com.br. Reports are written in English.

Is there a free competitor price monitoring tool?

You can start free: new accounts get 100 one-time credits, no card required. One analysis like this uses about 43 credits, so the free credits cover about 2 runs. Paid plans add monthly credits.

Do I need to sign up?

To run it, yes: sign in with Google. It is free and asks for no card. You can read the example and fill in the form before signing in.
