Bulk Instagram Reels views checker: views for a whole list of Reel links in one table

Price
Free plan: 100 credits, no card. About 2 credits per Instagram link (1 per TikTok or YouTube link), plus a few for the written summary; the form shows the estimate for your list before you run it. The 12-link example used 25 credits.
What you get
Your own table with the stats added as new columns, or one row per link if you paste a plain list: views, likes, comments, engagement rate ((likes + comments) ÷ views), payout at your rate per 1,000 views, a status, and a note for links that could not be read or repeat an earlier row. Excel or CSV download, optional views-only columns, and a short summary.
Coverage
Public Instagram Reels and posts: /reel/, /reels/, /p/ and /tv/ links, links with the account name in them and instagr.am links; tracking parameters such as ?igsh= or ?utm_source= are removed. TikTok and YouTube Shorts links in the same list work too. Up to 300 links per run. Shares, saves, reach and watch time are not public on Instagram, and private or deleted Reels cannot be read.
Time to report
Usually 1–2 minutes.
Account
Sign-in with Google required to run it. You can read the example and fill in the form without an account.

How do I add the views of a list of Instagram Reels to my spreadsheet?

Upload the sheet to the form or paste its cells, and add your rate per 1,000 views if you pay per view. Nolyn reads each Reel's public view count and gives you the same table back with views, likes, comments, engagement and payout in new columns, as Excel or CSV. In a run on November 3, 2026, 12 links (Gymshark and Rare Beauty Reels, a carousel post and a repeated Reel) came back as 10 Reels with 14,584,573 views and $29,169.14 at $2 per 1,000 views, the repeat counted once, for 25 credits.

Upload the sheet your creators, clippers or ambassadors filled in, or paste the Reel links. Nolyn reads each Reel's public view count, likes and comments, flags repeated links and posts without views, and gives you the same table back with the stats in new columns: engagement rate and, if you set a rate per 1,000 views, the payout for each Reel. Every row and column stays where it was. Download it as Excel or CSV.

Upload your sheet or paste Reel links

Add it and the table gets a payout column. Leave it empty for views only.

“Link and views only” gives a two-column file, one row per link; the table still marks unread and repeated links.

  • Payout per Reel
  • Excel, CSV, or just the views

What the Reels views checker returns

Views per Reel, in your table

Every row of your sheet stays in place and gets the Reel's views, likes, comments and engagement rate in new columns. A plain list comes back as one row per link in your order. Links that could not be read stay in place with the reason, so the table still lines up.

Payout per Reel

Set a rate per 1,000 views and each row gets its payout, with the total in the summary. A Reel pasted twice, even as a /p/ link with a tracking parameter, is flagged so it is not paid twice.

Excel, CSV, or just the views

Your table comes back with the stats in new columns, as Excel or CSV. Choose “Link and views only” to add just the checked views. Upload the delivered file again on payout day and the checked columns are refreshed, not doubled.

Example: your sheet, filled in

A small submissions sheet with three columns of its own and a row still waiting for its link. Everything on the left stays as it was; the shaded columns are what Nolyn adds.

The sheet is an illustration; the counts are from the November 3, 2026 run below. The fourth row is a carousel, which has no view count. The delivered file also has checked_shares and checked_saves (“not public” on Instagram), checked_er_pct, and checked_payout if you set a rate.

Example: 10 Gymshark and Rare Beauty Reels, a carousel and a repeat

A real run on November 3, 2026 with 12 links pasted the way a campaign sheet collects them: five Gymshark Reels (one posted five minutes before the check), a Gymshark x Sam Sulek teaser from @gymsharklifting, four Rare Beauty Reels from its Delena campaign, a Gymshark carousel post, and the second Reel again as a /p/ link with a ?utm_source tracking parameter. The pay rate was $2 per 1,000 views.

Views are the play counts Instagram returns for each Reel at the time of the check. Engagement rate = (likes + comments) ÷ views: Instagram does not show shares or saves publicly. Payout = views ÷ 1,000 × $2, before any cap.

Four Reels earned 82% of the payout

Rare Beauty's four Reels had 11,983,876 of the 14,584,573 views, so at a flat rate per 1,000 views they take 82% of the budget. If you pay a creator pool, a cap per Reel or per creator is easier to set when you see the split before paying.

A giveaway Reel drew over 50 times the comments

The Delena giveaway Reel asked viewers to comment a hashtag to win: 22,168 comments, 24.66 per 1,000 views, against 0.34–0.44 on Rare Beauty's other three Reels. Its 10.58% engagement rate is mostly entries. Pay on views, or check giveaways before paying on engagement.

A carousel has likes but no views

Row 11 is a carousel post: 95,344 likes and 192 comments, but Instagram counts views only for video, so it gets no view count and no payout. It stays in the table so you can ask for the Reel link instead.

Check on your payout date

Row 1 was posted five minutes before the check and had 90 views. A Reel's count keeps rising for days, so run the checker on the day you pay; row 12, the same Reel as row 2 under another link, was counted once and saved $1,211.53.

Every figure was recomputed from the saved Instagram responses of this run (evidence file in our repository). The 11 distinct posts took 11 lookups at 2 credits each, 22 data credits, plus 3 for the written summary. Counts keep growing while Reels get views; each run shows its collection time.

How the Reels views checker works

  1. Read the links

Every Instagram, TikTok and YouTube link is found in what you paste, in order. Tracking parameters and account names in the path are removed, and a link that repeats an earlier Reel by its shortcode is flagged.

  2. Look up each Reel once

Each distinct Reel or post is looked up from its public data: views, likes, comments, account and publish date.

  3. Retry what failed

A lookup that fails or comes back empty is tried once more with a second data source. Failed lookups are not charged.

  4. Build the table

Rows come back in your order with engagement rate and payout, as a table and a CSV, with a short summary of totals, top Reels and the links to check.

Who uses the Reels views checker

Agencies paying creators or clippers per view

Paste the week's Reel submissions, set the rate per 1,000 views and get each payout in one table, with repeats and posts without views flagged before you pay.

Brands running influencer or UGC campaigns

Check the views of every sponsored Reel without asking each creator for an Insights screenshot, and compare them with the brand's own Reels.

Managers reporting a campaign

Pull current views for all campaign Reels into one CSV for the client report, with the collection time on every run.

Limits

Only public Reels and the counts Instagram shows publicly at the moment of the lookup. Nolyn cannot read Instagram Insights: no shares, saves, reach, accounts reached, watch time or paid views. Accounts that hide like counts show no likes. Photo and carousel posts have no view count. Private, deleted and age- or region-restricted Reels come back as not read. Up to 300 links per run; split bigger lists. Uploads can be Excel, CSV or TSV files up to 3 MB; the delivered file keeps values, not formulas or formatting. Numbers keep changing while a Reel gets views, so run the check on your payout date.

Questions

Sign in with Google and you get 100 one-time free credits, no card required: about 45 Reels at 2 credits each, plus a few credits for the written summary. You can read the example and fill in the form without an account.

About 200 credits for the lookups (2 per Instagram link) plus a few for the summary. The form shows the estimate for your list before you run it. A repeated link is looked up once, and failed lookups are not charged. TikTok and YouTube links in the same list cost 1 credit each.

Yes. Upload the Excel or CSV file, or paste the cells: Nolyn finds the link column, keeps every row and column in place, and adds checked_views, checked_likes and the other stats as new columns, so your own numbers are not overwritten. An empty column named Views, Likes, Comments, Shares or Saves is filled in instead of getting a new one. Rows with no link stay as they are, with the reason in check_note. From Google Sheets, download the sheet as Excel or copy the cells; there is no live connection.

No. Instagram shows only views, likes and comments publicly; shares, saves, reach and watch time are in the creator's Insights. Ask creators for an Insights screenshot if your contract pays on those.

Instagram's official API returns Reel views and Insights only for accounts that log in and connect to your app, so it does not work for Reels posted by creators on their own accounts. This checker reads the public numbers of any public Reel without that setup.

They are the public counts Instagram returns for each Reel at the time of the lookup. They can differ from what the creator sees in Insights, which updates on its own schedule. Each run records its collection time.

Yes. /reel/, /reels/, /p/ and /tv/ links, links like instagram.com/account/reel/…, and instagr.am links all work; tracking parameters are removed. The same Reel pasted as two different links is counted once.

Instagram counts views only for video. Photo and carousel posts get likes and comments but no view count, so they get no payout; the table keeps them in place so you can ask for the Reel link.

Yes, paste them in one list. TikTok also shows shares and saves, so for a mixed list the bulk TikTok views checker page explains those columns; the form and the table are the same.

You can start free: new accounts get 100 one-time credits, no card required. That covers about 45 Reels, in one or several runs. Failed lookups are not charged and a repeated link is looked up once. Paid plans add monthly credits: Plus has 1,500, enough for about 700 Reels a month.

To run it, yes: sign in with Google. It is free and asks for no card. You can read the example and fill in the form before signing in.
