Influencer campaign report · Owala summer bags launch · TikTok & Instagram
16 creator posts from 15 accounts were read in full with no gaps or repeats. Two posts — one TikTok, one Instagram — accounted for 68.1% of all views, and the campaign delivered views at an illustrative $6.33 per 1,000.
Data scope: public post metrics for 8 TikTok videos and 8 Instagram Reels, collected 3 November 2026. Fees: illustrative flat fees supplied by the agency ($250 per post, $500 for the two-post delivery).
The answer
The campaign's headline reach sits in two posts: @jenna_bariatricbestie on TikTok (238,806 views, 6.78% engagement rate) and @katielynnteaches on Instagram (191,411 views, 3.57%). The remaining 14 posts produced 201,456 views between them. TikTok led on both platforms' own terms — 5.34% pooled engagement rate versus Instagram's 3.46% — but on identical metrics the gap is smaller than the headline: Instagram delivered 48.5% of views from the same number of posts.
What the client is buying: not a 15-creator average but a two-post spike plus a long tail. That is fine for awareness — the views are the public counts on the collection date — but it means the next round should be planned around finding more accounts that behave like the top two, rather than spreading the same fee across more small accounts.

By creator
Engagement rate is (likes + comments + shares) ÷ views, and should only be compared within a platform: Instagram does not publish shares, and two Instagram creators hid their like counts, so those two videos have no engagement rate at all. Cost per 1,000 views uses the illustrative flat fees.

“n/p” = not public on Instagram (shares and saves are not exposed). “hidden” = the creator hid the like count, so no engagement rate can be computed. Average views per post = views ÷ posts. Cost per 1,000 views = fee ÷ views × 1,000, rounded to the cent. Campaign total average views per post is 631,673 ÷ 16 = 39,480.
By platform
Pooled engagement rate = (likes + comments + shares) ÷ views within each platform, as reported by the stats lookup. Not comparable across platforms because Instagram does not publish shares.
Cost efficiency
At an illustrative $4,000 in total fees, the campaign cost $6.33 per 1,000 views. The spread between creators is wide: $1.05 to $331.13 per 1,000 views, a difference driven mostly by reach rather than by fee level.
Cost per 1,000 views = flat fee ÷ views × 1,000. Bars scaled to the highest value ($331.13); the two lowest values are barely visible at this scale. Fees are the illustrative figures supplied by the agency, not invoiced amounts.
Top posts
Engagement rate = (likes + comments + shares) ÷ views, taken from the stats lookup. Rates are only meaningful within a platform: Instagram does not expose shares, and videos with hidden likes have no rate.
Data integrity
All 16 links returned a public snapshot — 8 TikTok videos and 8 Instagram Reels — and none duplicated another row. There is therefore no missing post in this report.
Two coverage limits to keep in mind when reading the numbers: shares and saves are not public on Instagram (so the Instagram engagement rate is likes and comments only), and two Instagram creators hid their like counts, which removes those videos from the engagement comparison while their views still count.
Recommendations
For the client email
The Owala summer bags launch campaign went live across 16 posts from 15 creators on TikTok and Instagram and reached 631,673 views, with 23,900 likes, 257 comments and 715 shares. Reach was concentrated: @jenna_bariatricbestie (238,806 views, 6.78% engagement rate) and @katielynnteaches (191,411 views, 3.57%) together drove 68% of all views, while TikTok as a platform engaged at 5.34% against Instagram's 3.46%. At our illustrative fee level the campaign returned views at $6.33 per 1,000, with the two lead creators at $1.05 and $1.31. For the next wave we recommend concentrating budget on those two creators and replacing several of the lower-reach placements, which cost between $25 and $331 per 1,000 views, with paid amplification of the strongest small-audience posts.
Sources & limitations
Source: public post metrics for the 16 links supplied by the agency, retrieved through the TikTok and Instagram bulk stats lookup on 3 November 2026. The row-by-row data, including post dates, saves and post links, comes back with the report as a CSV.
Method: per-creator and per-platform totals, averages and pooled engagement rates are taken directly from the lookup's summary lines. Cost per 1,000 views was calculated from those views and the illustrative fees ($250 per post; $500 for the two-post creator), giving $4,000 in total.
Limitations: fees are illustrative examples, not invoices, so cost-per-view figures describe this scenario only. The snapshots are single-day readings — views and engagement keep moving after collection. Instagram hides shares and saves, so the two platforms' engagement rates measure different things. Two Instagram videos have hidden like counts and no rate. Nothing here covers sales, conversions or revenue: no post-level commercial data was available, so no return on spend can be stated.
